Design
At Tribhuwan Enterprises, our engineers design every single part of the transformers using our internal simulation software. The mechanical development is executed using a 3D CAD system. We at Tribhuwan Enterprises have well defined Automated Vendor Management System (VMS) and robust quality control which helps us to maintain good quality and in-time delivery.
Cores
The cores are purchased as per the Design requirements and are built using the latest industrial practices. We also order completely assembled cores and are tested before arriving in our production facility to avoid possible malfunctioning during the testing phase.
Windings
The technology used to manufacture our windings is supported by different winding machines available such as Vertical and Horizontal power winding machines for (CTC Conductor) and Winding machines for Copper and Aluminum and Winding machines for Enameled wire.
The assembly of Tribhuwan windings is guaranteed to be compliant with design specifications thanks to Top Quality assembly equipment Hydraulic press for Hot/Cold stabilization of power windings and Manual press for Hot/Cold stabilization of Distribution windings.
Vacuum drying plants is used at different stages of process to minimize quality, saving of time and cost.
Treatments
Test Rooms: Each transformer built at Tribhuwan Enterprises is tested according to the latest IEC & IS standards in our state-of-the-art testing rooms. This is over and above the multiple checks that we carry out during the production process. It is only after these final checks that the transformers are deemed ready for delivery to the customer.
